This page will have a list of common questions and answers about Windows Vista.  If you have any, please e-mail me through the "Contact Us" page.  Please check the "Windows Vista" and Tutorials pages before asking any questions.

Is there a free antivirus for Vista?  Does it support 64-bit?
Avast! and AVG both offer free antivirus protection for Windows Vista.  So far, I believe only Avast! supports 64-bit editions of Vista for free.

How can I change some boot options in Vista?
I have a tutorial on doing it within Vista here.  However, VistaBootPRO has more options and is more intuitive.

How does Vista install?
Unlike Microsoft's previous Operating Systems (OS), which copied each file over individually, Windows Vista copies an image, or snapshot, of itself to your hard drive and then is modified based on your hardware.

Once I install Vista, can I remove it completely?
Yes.  If you used Vista's boot loader, you may have to replace it with a different one of your choice.  To get back XP's, enter the Recovery Console and type the following in bold and press Enter after each one: fixboot, fixmbr, exit.  Your PC will restart and (hopefully) boot XP or give you a few options of which Operating System to boot.
