What is HelpSVC.exe?
HelpSVC.exe is the executable file for Microsoft's Help & Support Service.
HelpSVC.exe is using 100% of my CPU cycle. How can I fix it?
I had this error nearly two years ago. To fix it, I changed my computer's settings to not load it on startup, but only when I needed it.
To do this:
1. Go to Start | Run
2. Type services.msc
3. Find "Help and Support," and stop the service.
4. Change the startup type to manual.
5. Restart your computer after saving and closing all your work.
